We recommend trimming the stems at a 45-degree angle, placing them in room temperature water with the provided floral preservative, and keeping them away from direct sunlight and drafts.
What happens if the recipient is not home at the time of delivery?
If the recipient is unavailable, our couriers will attempt to leave the arrangement in a safe, shaded area or with a neighbor, leaving a notification tag at the door.

What is your return policy for perishable items?
